Look, I know it's been a long and so on time. Especially from someone else *looks pointedly at Emily* but things were veeeeeeeeeeeery busy, what with summer vocation, Emily studying for the School of fine Arts, schools opening and Emily taking the Exams for the Art School.
  But things at this moment are...ok I suppose. Sure, school is annoying (so what's new?) and it sets me back on my writting and reading but duh. It's what school is supposed to do, you know?
  Anyway, I feel rather... uninspired at the moment, so later.

•I do not quite get the punctuation of the title. "Oh, You Tex!" Is she ungrammatically affirming that that is his name? Is she calling him a "Tex" the way you might call some a "Brute" or "Bastard?" Is she excited to learn that he texts, but, like your mom, doesn't quite know the right word for it?

•William MacLeod Raine wrote the hell out of some westerns. His books are Everywhere in used pb shops.

•There are sexier names for a dame than "Wadley."

•Apparently there is no good synonym for "gun-play," so they just went ahead and used it twice. Sorry, just looked at the front cover—make that three times. Oh wait, I see, the front blurb is just a barely changed version of the last line on the back cover. Don't break your backs trying to be original, guys.

God it's been such a busy summer

  Seriously, I had so many things to do (not travel, much to my dismay) like get the house painted and continue that story I am writting and stuff that summer is almost over and I didn't even realise it.
  This summer has been a bit of a disappointment compared to the last one. I mean last year I went to Italy (which I adore) and travelled a bit around Greece and all in all it had still passed quickly but at least it had been more exciting than this year's. I have the feeling that this summer was wasted. Which I have no reason to think since I am quite blessed and really, I shouldn't expect to even go to Lefkada (we're leaving next Monday) what with my mother losing her job and all. Though thankfully we still have an income.
  Anyway, the thing is that a tough school year is in store for me. What with extra lessons after school (Math and Chemistry and Physics) and the Prof exams at the May 2010 my life is NOT going to be easy. And mom and dad expect a lot from me. And I sure as hell don't want to disappoint them - they're working so hard.

No matter what I say

  I always seem to neglect this blog... Well, what can I say? I am just kinda bored to write things twice! So, I guess I'll just have to write about something else.
  For one thing, I seem to be unable to find a decent template for this blog... I mean, sure, the one it has now is passable but too... springy and flowery if you ask me... The sad thing is that it was I who chose it ><. What can I say? I was just too damn desperate to find one... Oh jeez, better find another one... I feel a bit like a country bumpkin when I see it... No offense by the way...
  Anyways, we are currently writting Exams at school. It's better than having to go to school everyday since we go twice or thrice a week for two hours or something and we just take the exam. Nothing really. I mean, even studying is not that big of a deal. Only thing that bothers me is having everyone telling me all the time "Don't you have to study?" Er, yeah I do, but it's not like I have to study every day all day long. I mean, come on, who can do that? No one that I know of.
  But I'll do my best!^^ I mean, it's worth trying just to be all "nia nia nia nia" at them after wards...

Stupid paper

 So I wrote about it in my other blog. Big deal. I suppose I can go on whining forever when it comes to this. I mean that stupid Technology teacher! For the whole year he has been nothing but a cause of anxiety to the whole student body (well, those who have him anyway) and I just seem unable to just sit down and finish the godamn paper! I mean, am  I a massochist or something?? Am I??
  And it's not as if I am not trying. God knows I am trying because I was up at 2 o'clock well after midnight writting about that stupid thing  of his! And I am quite sure he will not be pleased since he is never pleased and there's alwways something wrong with everything and I am not the only one saying it. Nah ah. Everyone does!
  And just so you know, it's not as if I am a bad student or something because in the previous semester my paper  was graded as 19.6/20!!!! Which means that I am not even allowed to make a sloppy paper since they have "high expectations" of me. Bummer.
  I just hate this freaking lesson. Hate hate hate hate.
  *Sigh* Though I guess there is nothing for it since I obviously can't do a thing to escape doing it. Well, i suppose I can only try to write it but I am so pivved that i can't even concentrate. What am I gonna do? I need to write the paper.
  And on top of that, i also have to study for school and make the studying schedule for the exams, and buy sophi a present and buy mom's a present too for mother's day, and my cousin's too and to put it all in a nutshell, I am short of cash and with a long list of shopping...
  Can't wait for summer. I want my summer job...
